The shipping box had an inch opening on the top and bottom. Now, the way I see it, these are paper towels. They are meant to dry your hands, and in my case, line the bottom of my pet's cage. Not very hygienic. So, I had to take the 4 middle ones that were most exposed to the openings and will just use them for cleaning up messes or something. Not very nice of you Boardwalk.
