The wrap has a long Velcro closure making it very adjustable. It's really soft and absorbent. I love this thing.I underestimated the roominess I needed --,42 inch I guess I should have bought the X Lg instead of the Lg. I can and am using it, but would have preferred the next larger size.the Velcro holder is OK but will take some getting used to, it grabs the rest of the wrap whenever it makes contact, but that's OK to.I do like the color and "feel" of the wrap.The fabric is very good and dry fast, the color is very beautiful, the only problem is the Velcro that is loose and sticks to the fabricBeautiful color, very absorbent, long and soft. Husband loves it. Delivered quickly with no problems.I ordered this for my husband. He usually wears XL. The wrap is a bit big on him.My husband loved it. Great material. It was soft and the material was heavy.
