I wanted to wait a little while after purchasing these towels to use them and put them through a few washes before reviewing. When I received the multiple sets of towels I purchased, a few of them had popped loops, causing loose strings after only one wash. I sent a note about this to the seller and received an immediate response and voluntary replacement of the towels. You simply cannot ask for better customer service than you will receive from this seller!As for the towels themselves, they are lovely. The color is true to what is shown in the listing and the bamboo pattern border is beautiful and elegant. The towels are extremely soft and fluff up nicely. They are not overly thick, but are extremely absorbent and that is really the point of a towel. I don’t feel it needs to be super thick and fluffy as long as it does the job of soaking up the water and these do a fantastic job of that.One reason I wanted to buy bamboo towels is for reduced lint and, after four washes, I am still getting a ton of lint off of these. It must be due to the cotton that is mixed into the blend. Still, I am hopeful that further into using these, the amount will be reduced.Overall I am very pleased with these towels and would buy them again. They are a great value for the price. Also, as mentioned before, I am delighted with my customer service experience with this seller.
